Cancel Your Gas Service

You can cancel service directly from your online portal, or if you do not have an online account, you can fill out the form below.

We recommend giving us 48 hours notice to start or stop service.

Please remember to cancel your service when you move out.

If you move out and do not cancel service, you will be responsible for any gas used until you do.

If you have a security deposit on your account, it will pay your final bill and any remaining credit will be mailed back to you in the form of a check.

If you have multiple addresses or multiple meters, please fill out a separate form for each.

Please note we can only stop service during business Monday-Friday. If a weekend date or holiday is selected, we will start service the following business day.

Forwarding Address: The address you are moving to. This will be used for your final bill or account refund.
